By far, our most popular jam.  Perfectly ripe cherries mixed with the most appropriate amount of Brandy (alcohol is gone, only the gorgeous taste remains) is the go to jam for just about everything from toast to dessert.  We use this often when cooking a savory dish, and makes the most delicous thumbprint cookie filling! Some of our dessert making customers use it between cake layers!
