Early summer in a jar, the smell and taste of our strawberry and rose petal jam is just heavenly. With just a hint of rose, and like our other jams not terribly sweet, it feels completely refreshing. Spread on toast, with cheese and crackers, or on angel food cake, this is completely and utterly delicious.
